Offline: Only for participation in the Festival.
Online: Only for participation in the Competition.
Terms
1 - Participants of the Festival offers accommodations with breakfast, transportation from the hotel to the venue event.
2 - Participan's accompanying must cover all their expenses.
3 - The Festival will have adequate space for the rehersals.
4 - The official presentation will be on Yamaha grand piano, samples and videos of virtual contestants will be transmit on the big screen for all audiences.
5 - All participants will have a limited time to rehearse on the official piano of the event.
6 - The organizing committee reserves the right to record the different
Festival-Competition sessions and transmit them through various media.
7- The jury's opinion is irrevocable.
8- Any unforeseen occurrence will be handled by the organizing committee.
9- All the participants of the Festival must send their video by e-mail to be selected before the date: October.31.2018.
The conditions of participation are:
-Pianist Soloist
-Set Four Hands
-Chamber Music (duet or trio)
-Piano Accompaniment other instrument or singer
Note: It is permissible to participate in more than one mode
ONLINE Competition Categories :
1st category: 6-8 years
2nd category: 9-11 years
3rd category: 12 - 14 years
4rd Category: 15-17 years
5th category: 18 - 21 years
6th category: 22 - 25 years
Requirements for ONLINE Competition
1- All contestants must register on the website by filling in all the boxes, before October 31st, 2018.
2- In the video we should see the face and hands of the interpreter synchronized with the musical sound without interruption of the program. Video format: MPEG4, 3GPP, MOV, AAC, AVI, MPEGPS, MPEG2, WMV, FLV-Adobe-FLV1. (Send fundirsam@gmail.com), complying with the times set by category.The video has to be upload in any plataform of your choise (Youtube, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc) which keep the high resolution of the video. Then you have to share the link of the video.
1st and 2nd category (up to 10 min)
1st and 2nd category (up to 10 min)
3rd and 4th category (up to 15 min)
5th to 7th category (up to 25 min)
3- The program should include not less than 2 pieces.
4- Set of four hands and accompaniment: 2 pieces with a duration up to 15 minutes.
5- Chamber Music (duet or trio): 1 piece, with duration of 30 minutes.
Requirements for OFFLINE Festival
Participants must register on the website by filling in all the boxes, before October 31st, 2018.
1st -2nd category (up to 10 min)
3rd and 4th category (up to 15 min)
5th to 6th category (up to 25 min)
7th category: 26 years old and above (up to 25 min)
Virtual hosting Contestants must deposit the amount of $65 American Dollars.
